Psychotherapist Graham Clucas is a founder of the Isle of Man based charity 'Quing' – meaning, 'to yoke together'. In this interview Graham talks through his own journey of trauma and recovery and what inspired him to found a charity. He explains Quing's community based approach to supporting mental well-being and how that's radically different from current models.
